How do I make a page landscape with no scroll?

The format is header, slider, footer for each page.

No matter the desktop window size, users should not be able to scroll and all content should fit to screen.

I am unable to achieve this with Kepler. Adding a plugin to make a fullwidth page template breaks the editor.

I’d asked this previously in a different way, the answer didn’t really help. Yes, it made the container full width, but Kepler does not seem to be able to make content fit the screen without a predetermined size, it introduces more layout “bugs”.

One thing I notice, some elements add a section & container around them, others do not. On top of this, how do I add a section and container/rows/columns on their own without any content to arrange the layout, much like other visual builders work?
