By default, the preview button in the WordPress Admin Dashboard will serve a permanently cached version of your page. As such changes that you would make on the Kepler Website Builder will not appear on this caches preview even upon reloading the page multiple times. In order to preview your work on a live version of the Page, you choose the preview option in the Kepler builder.

Navigate to:

Page Options Menu (on the top left of the Interface) → Preview → Page in New Tab

 You would now be shown an up-to-date preview of your work.
